MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

No discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, color, creed, national origin, religion, ethnic identity, economic status or disability to join the FBCDP Association.

Encourage young people, women, and minorities to join and actively participate in the FBCDP Association.

All FBCDP Association members, regardless of race, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, color, creed, national origin, religion, ethnic identity, economic status, philosophical persuasion or disability will be notified of the time and place of meetings open to all members.

Meetings open to all FBCDP Association members shall be held in places accessible and large enough to accommodate them.

The Committee of Organizers and membership at large shall not have secret ballots.

Non-members are encouraged to participate in FBCDP Association activities but may not vote at or attend FBCDP Association members only meetings.

Membership is exclusive to those who affiliate and identify as a Democrat.

Maintenance of annual membership dues is the responsibility of the member.
